Leider habe ich im Spiel "War Machine: GunshipBattle WW2" die Belohnungen für die Stufen 1, 2 und 5 noch nicht erhalten (jene für 3, 4 und 6 dagegen schon). Ich würde mich freuen, wenn mir auch noch die Coins für die erstgenannten Stufen gutgeschrieben werden.
Ich wende mich an diese E-Mail-Adresse (und hoffe, es ist die richtige), da die Kontaktierung über das genannte Spiel bzw. über die eigentliche App PlaySpot nicht funktioniert. Möglicherweise liegt dies daran, dass ich bereits für eine andere Stufe um die Anrechnung von Coins gebeten habe. Leider wurden mir dabei nur die Coins für die betreffende Stufe gutgeschrieben und nicht alle noch fehlenden Belohnungen. Ich hoffe, diese Angelegenheit lässt sich auch auf diese Weise schnell klären.

I've reached over 20,000 coins on the PlaySpot app, and it won't let me cash out. It informs of an error, and to try again later. I have tried several times, to no avail.

Why won't you allow me to withdraw my money to PayPal. The first cash out was 01/22 no problem cashing out. The second was 7/22 minor problem cashing out. Now I have a third cash payout that you won't release to me. Why???? This is not fair. I played your online games. Can I please get my pay?

I cant seem to cash out anymore because of the something went wrong error... when will i be able to cash out again? And why is this happening?
