Why should I report an Issue with Maya - Period & Health?

1. One thing I miss is that despite having the option to "try to get pregnant" (where the app indicates the fertile window according to your cycle), once you get pregnant there's no way to input the info and that's why you stopped fill data...I have been using this app for years, never has there ever been a video ad start with sound.

2. Other than that, it is a great app!! I love how much information you can record, and I have yet too reach a character limit in daily notes, which is phenomenal! The most comprehensive list of pms symptomI've been using the free version for about a year.

3. Very annoying!!I've been using this app since 2017 and I think it's great! Both to track my cycles, to predict upcoming cycles and record symptoms (specially to help my memory during medical appointments).

4. Please add bowel movement as a symptom so I don't have to keep putting 💩 emojis in the notes! 😂 I use it as a 1-sentence diary in the notes section and love all the list views for each category.

5. I'm out after years of using it.Is easy to use and very helpful, the data can be transfer, it doesn't get too much space.

6. I would like it if the calender function were a little easier to use, maybe show all 12 months on the page, where you can click the month you need when you push the calender button.

7. Turned it off cuz I want to wait until I've been using the app for awhile.

1. Fix Maya Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Maya: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Maya App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Maya" » Open Maya - Period & Health » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Maya » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Maya - Period & Health app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Maya servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Maya - Period & Health" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Maya app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Maya might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Maya. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Maya then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Maya not working

2. Fix Maya Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Maya be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Maya not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Maya may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
