1. using it for a year, one thing I feel would be massive improvement would be the ability to create/edit inventory items on mobile without creating a work order.
2. You can not see the messages they auto generate and sendIf you are connected to wifi is the only time this app works well and even then the likelihood of your photos uploading is slim, as a tech that uses this app day in and day out I'm struggling to find a reason to stick with this program.
3. We need the photos to upload everytime and the app to work even if I don't have full bars...I have been using HouseCall Pro for about a year now.
4. Most of the time you have to use a " work around " using the mobile website that literally says not optimized for mobile and is extremely difficult to navigate instead of the app.
5. Kind of annoying to have to call my boss to have him do it on his phone because they clearly pay more attention to the IOS app than the Android app.Our company has been using this app for almost 2 years.
6. Invest in a different app, I could go on and on and on about complaints with this app.We have been using it for years waiting to see the hype.... But honestly it's a mediocre system at best that still isn't ready for the public.
7. Customer service is easy to connect with for training and issues--but most of our issues are training and lack of confidence by my technicians on how to do what they want (they are not tech savvy).
8. Also being able add pics to items from mobile since using pic from phone is easier than loading to pc the web.
9. As I'm usually on the field, I don't have an office or desk and only use the mobile app, so being able to do this all in the field would be a massive help.It works well overall.
10. Its been freezing and i have to restart it sevral time to see where to go next and I have had the office turn off all settings i can see then turn them back on.
11. Main issue I'm having is the fact that I cannot add a new job because the list of clients that my job can see in his iPhone is not displayed on my Samsung; it always gives me the option to add a new customer and not the option to select one from the list.
