Gracias!All scalper signals come in late and notifications keep disabling themselves, by the time you wanna enter a trade its already passed the position, latency perhaps? or are they posting the signals late I don't know but not very reliable you will blow your account with retracements, fix this and I'll re rate it.I think this is among the best forex apps.

2. 👍👍👍This is good app with the potential to be even greater but there's a big problem in the commitment of traders results.. they are wrong.. you have taken the non-commercial spreads and put them as longs for the commercial positioning and that just gives out wrong data for us that use the C.O.T... please fix it and the stars will change..Overall, it is a useful tools to analyse the market.

3. All signals does not gives notification and sometimes, a signal given the very minute already have a tp1 taken.

4. Delay signals and glitch app totally not worth the free download.The only thing I truly dislike about this app is that it's also not available on a website so I can view it on a much larger screen.

6. A signal given 0 mins ago will have a profit showing 100+ pips, meaning it's a way long delayed signal or a worthless one.

7. Nevertheless the market trend page takes a lot of time in opening and often shows errors .

8. It should have shown the loss from 3 entries as every signal provided have 3 entries for TP1, TP2 and TP3.It's a good forex signal.

9. And 90% of the time they are not reliable signals.

10. However, in the paid signal, the winrate is not accurate as they only show the pips loss from only one entry.

1. Fix MyFxHelper Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyFxHelper: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyFxHelper App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyFxHelper" » Open MyFxHelper - Forex Signal » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyFxHelper » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyFxHelper - Forex Signal app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyFxHelper servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyFxHelper - Forex Signal" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyFxHelper app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyFxHelper might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyFxHelper. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyFxHelper then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyFxHelper not working

2. Fix MyFxHelper Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyFxHelper be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyFxHelper not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyFxHelper may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
