1. I changed password, it allowed that! And it sent link to the address I keep trying to validate ... So, I tried an 11th time and a 12th time to send validation email, because even after changing my password, and receiving all emails to the email I'm trying to validate,, this app still won't allow me to verify my email! Waste of time!!!!!Terrible navigation and layout.

4. Having the option to transfer my money from the card to my bank via the app is far safer as well as discreet.Card lock switch/button locked and won't unlock.

1. Fix Paysign Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Paysign: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Paysign App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Paysign" » Open Paysign® » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Paysign » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Paysign® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Paysign servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Paysign®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Paysign app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Paysign might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Paysign. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Paysign then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Paysign not working

2. Fix Paysign Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Paysign be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Paysign not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Paysign may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
