1. I changed password, it allowed that! And it sent link to the address I keep trying to validate ... So, I tried an 11th time and a 12th time to send validation email, because even after changing my password, and receiving all emails to the email I'm trying to validate,, this app still won't allow me to verify my email! Waste of time!!!!!Terrible navigation and layout.

2. After struggling with the app for 30 minutes, trying to fix the settings, not being able to access some settings because pop ups are in the way, I just gave up and uninstalled.A bunch of junk I have been trying to open this app up for over 3 months and still have not accessed this app.

3. The previous card issuer Grifols had allowed people to transfer their funds to their bank account, but this does not.

4. Having the option to transfer my money from the card to my bank via the app is far safer as well as discreet.Card lock switch/button locked and won't unlock.

5. Turned on location and still need to put in ZIP code.Edit: FINALLY got the card registered...almost a week later.

6. I have made serval attempts to get a verification code sent to my email.

7. The app AND the website refuse to move my registration past inputting my email and making a password.

8. I just got back into donating plasma and they have changed the card provider to these people(why is beyond me as the BoA card/app worked just fine).

9. Other than this problem the app is well I guess 😡😔😞Being unable to login and gave me error saying:"technical difficulties" "ty again in a few moments".

10. This is a debit card we should have access to our finances,and transactions that are being made with this card.

11. Unless they ran power and a network connection so the cows and horses can bank, I they need to fix this problem.

1. Fix Paysign Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Paysign: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Paysign App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Paysign" » Open Paysign® » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Paysign » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Paysign® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Paysign servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Paysign®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Paysign app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Paysign might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Paysign. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Paysign then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Paysign not working

2. Fix Paysign Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Paysign be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Paysign not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Paysign may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
