1. So when I did, it told me I didn't exist! I tried again and was told someone already had the account I was trying to login to!! After I finally was able to get logged in, I put in my info for a cab and was told I wouldn't be able to get a cab through the site! "UGH!!!"If I could do a zero i would.

2. He missed my address by several blocks a couple of times, eventhough I was giving him turn by turn directions after the 2nd miss, and then tried to price gouge me without his meter ever being turned on at all.

4. It never worked.My account has been stuck on 'looking for a vehicle' since july 4th and I cant cancel it at all.

5. Now the company phone is disconnected.. you guys are going to lose a ton of moneygreat time, and knows where you want to go.Why advertise when this app is useless.

6. Once the new app was installed, and the new account and password created, it refuses to let you log in and repeatedly claims the account and passwords do not match.

7. I was told to use the app to be able to book a cab I've never been able to book a cab before.

8. Don't bother, this is useless and until fixed it faster to just call the cab order in.Whoever drives cab # 361 has no business driving a cab and representing your brand in this city.

1. Restart Yellow Cab Co-Operative: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Yellow Cab Co-Operative App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yellow Cab Co-Operative" » Open Yellow Cab Co-Operative » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yellow Cab Co-Operative » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Yellow Cab Co-Operative app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yellow Cab Co-Operative servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yellow Cab Co-Operative" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Yellow Cab Co-Operative app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yellow Cab Co-Operative might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Yellow Cab Co-Operative. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yellow Cab Co-Operative then reinstall.
