Wait times are ridiculously long lately which is not fault of the app but it would b nice to see how much time is left until your cab is booked or placement in line.By default they put your tip at 15%, by the time i figured this out I paid for almost an entire to my work b/c I have to take it 6 days a week.

3. This needs updated and improved woukd like to see your place in the cab queue displayed along with wait time estimate continually counting down possibly some kind of tracker on how many minutes early or late you average based on use.

For a simple app, it's really well doneApp crashes repeatedly,it loads opposite side of town then your on to book your cab,it'll say cabs on way then you call 3 hours later they have no idea what your talking about,it saves wrong address just all around horrible app and horrible taxi service for that matterHorrible app.

5. It very user friendly and in the 3 years I have been using I have only had one day that I had to make other arrangements because the app kept telling me no cabs available and when I called the main number it was experiencing difficulty and couldn't answer.
