1. Why would they need access to my photo album or my media or my phone log to book a ride? Don't download this garbage, just call and be done with it.First cab driver cancelled.

3. When I spoke to the customer care (female) who was very very rude (should be fired) there was no one assigned to my route and it was already 30 mins past my booking time.
4. Play Store says the app is downloaded, but it doesn't show up on the phone screen or app list.
5. I got charged double the app quote and the driver preferred payment by cash instead of having to activate the card machine.Use less app.
6. Crappie interface registering (must be this programmer's very first app he ever wrote, and even by that standard it's pathetic).
7. I tried to start over again and it told me my phone number was already in use and I couldn't use that 1.
8. Tried calling AND using their app....90+ minutes later, still had no ride.
9. Tried getting customer service but it is just endless hold.
10. App won't run if you don't grant permission to access and change literally everything on your phone.
11. Order a cab in advace and it shows up 30 minutes late, completely altering your scedule.
