1. If this wasn't an issue I'd give it four stars.When I downloaded the app and loaded it with my personal and credit card info, the only address it would accept was my home address which is 40 miles away and where I will NEVER want to be picked up! When I called to find out how the app could be used to simplify booking or paying for a ride, I was told not to use the app, just to call.

2. Avoid like the plague.Though the driver's service was impeccable, I pre-booked an appointment more than 24hrs in advance, only to find out my reservation secured me no service, and was contingent upon if they could find a driver at the moment I'd requested pick up (they could not).

3. There is absolutely no point in their scheduled ride option, as it doesn't even assign the driver or even start looking until AFTER the scheduled time.

4. She was awesome!App works great for scheduling pickups but it keeps rejecting my credit card even though I've deleted and reinstalled it several times and verified information is correct.

5. Since the app wasn't going to be helpful, I deleted it, but now I'm worried about my credit card data or someone going to my home to pick me up.map lacking in detail.

6. Tried to do a reservation almost an hour ahead of time only for there to not be no drivers available at time of pick-up but when they did find one, he was 40 minutes out.

7. All that did was automatically book about 10 minutes before your scheduled ride in which it got stuck in status "assigning driver".

8. Accidents of fate cannot be avoided, but radio cab never intended to secure me a driver, they just hoped one would be available, and there wasn't.

9. Same thing happens with my work credit card so I have to believe it's an app issue.

10. After waiting a while I called dispatch and was told I may be waiting an entire day because no one was available.

11. Do not use this if you absolutely need to get somewhere on time.She was a great conversationalist and i enjoyed being with her.
