It doesn't properly show that you have to choose to pay for luggage on all legs of a flight instead of checking the luggage through.Worst flight app, even volaris has better app than aeromexico, you have to log in every time you open the app, when and if it lets you log in it sends you an error message, you can not enable notifications on your flights, your trips always disappear and have to add them again again if you can because it sends you an error when you are looking for your trip with your travel locator.

2. I know they were bankrupt at one point, but having to rely on pop up revenue??This app is getting worse! I keep turning on flight notifications, i get a message that it was successfully turned on, but when I check the app again it's off, on Android phone, tablet & iPhone.

3. Also stop with all the upgrade prompts; I already purchased the seat I wanted when I bought my ticket and do not need to "upgrade again" every time I open the app.Terrible... the app is slow, crashes all the time, shows missinformation, don't update.

4. IT IT USELESS.Maybe once they fix the app from crashing on the last page before check-in, or having to reenter passport and emergency contact information every time it is required, or remembering the language I selected from my last session--then I might rate higher.

5. They cannot validate my email, traveler information does not save, clicking things is very slow or doesn't work at all, typos abound, notifications don't work, and general usability/navigation is awful.

6. Most alarming is the fact that boarding passes don't load, generate scannable codes when emailing, or work with Google Wallet.This is by far the worst airline app I've ever used.

7. Crashes, bugs, problems... I even got CHARGED for a seat and it crashed again....and now I have to check that with my bank!!! Don't waste your time downloading this app, either fix it or remove it.

8. Parts of it won't translate (same with desktop), and to make things worse, now you get nailed with pop up ads when you're trying to book a flight or get your boarding pass.

9. I paid ahead of time for 2 bags but it doesn't show anything on my reservation, so i have to print the receipt.

10. You guys have a lot of work to do on this app and more testing and analysisDO NOT USE!!! This has to be the absolute WORST airline app I've ever attempted to use.

1. Fix Aeromexico Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Aeromexico: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Aeromexico App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Aeromexico" » Open Aeromexico » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Aeromexico » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Aeromexico app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Aeromexico servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Aeromexico" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Aeromexico app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Aeromexico might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Aeromexico. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Aeromexico then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Aeromexico not working

2. Fix Aeromexico Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Aeromexico be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Aeromexico not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Aeromexico may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
