1. Delivery prompt, items well packaged.Was trying to purchase a couple of items today which seemed to be available - not sold, not reserved, added them in the basket just fine, I could see the "2" hanging on the basket icon and the time 19:58 sec left for purchasing, but a second later, when clicked on it to check out, the items had disappeared.

2. Besides sales are not real sales (check the prices of the items you want to buy in the internet because prices in general are raised in the app to give you a feeling of a good purchase), often delivery is very late! Not on day scale but weeks scale... And they don't inform you before, only after.

3. Instead of just opening a new tab in my browser, it closed all the tabs that I have kept opened for many months, causing me to lose lots of valuable information that I've kept opened for a long, long time.

4. Remembering all the details to track down items at a more convenient time can be tricky.Horrible login/registration experience.

5. In response to developer: I can send you proof of a bike you offered recently for 299 euros, cheaper in many other sites.I order a sheep skin from New Zealand.

6. This is a scam!Why isn't there an English option? Unless you're bilingual, this app has nothing for you, except look at nice images of things you aren't able to purchase.

7. If you don't service English speakers, why not say that in the description so time isn't wasted?Easy to buy.

8. Original price was 90€ it was on sale and I was super excited! Just received my package and it's a cheap copy Made in China.

9. When I finally found the category of products I would like to see, there way a measly choice of 13 items.

1. Fix Westwing Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Westwing: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Westwing App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Westwing" » Open Westwing: Live Beautiful » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Westwing » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Westwing: Live Beautiful app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Westwing servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Westwing: Live Beautiful" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Westwing app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Westwing might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Westwing. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Westwing then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Westwing not working

2. Fix Westwing Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Westwing be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Westwing not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Westwing may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
