1. App also has connection problems when traveling makeing it useless, unless stationary while connected to a decent quality unmetered internet connection.Absolutely unreliable and unstableThis has to be the worst app for a job I've ever used nothing like waiting hours to get your app to work properly in order to know what you're doing at a job constantly freezing constantly shutting down never opening up if it wasn't for my job I would never use this app ever againComplete garbage! Non stop bugs.

2. If we already subscribe to the service, why the advertisement on the map of all places?App interface is annoying to navigate and periodically fails due to software issues of which the only fix is uninstall and reinstall.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix iVUE AppSuite Issues

1. Fix iVUE AppSuite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart iVUE AppSuite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the iVUE AppSuite App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iVUE AppSuite" » Open iVUE AppSuite » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iVUE AppSuite » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear iVUE AppSuite app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iVUE AppSuite servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iVUE AppSuite" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check iVUE AppSuite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iVUE AppSuite might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall iVUE AppSuite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iVUE AppSuite then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iVUE AppSuite not working


2. Fix iVUE AppSuite Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iVUE AppSuite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iVUE AppSuite not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iVUE AppSuite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
