3. Members can view current account balance and due date, manage automatic payments, switch to paperless billing and modify payment methods.
4. Members can update their contact information, monitor news that may affect their service and manage login information.

1. Please fix it.I love being able to pay my bill quickly and efficiently.Why not show emergency info if you can't log in? Should also allow switching to green power simply in app and have conservation tips.I enjoyed the app when I could login to view and pay bill.
