1. I will never open this app, I will never use this app... 1 star is way to many stars... I wish I knew how to stop shitware to install it self on my phoneNot good everytime i am reading a story it refreshes.Do you know how annoying that is ? I keep my apps up-to-date and i depend on your source for my news please fix your app!!!!I would give you 5 stars but your news feed always glitch and you cant read the story it blurrs out to the point you cant read it at all i love this news app can you help me out i dont want to delete it fix problem and i will keep it going.It keeps stopping and going to home screen.

1. Fix NewsBreak Lite Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NewsBreak Lite: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NewsBreak Lite App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NewsBreak Lite" » Open NewsBreak Lite » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NewsBreak Lite » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NewsBreak Lite app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NewsBreak Lite servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NewsBreak Lite" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NewsBreak Lite app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NewsBreak Lite might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NewsBreak Lite. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NewsBreak Lite then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NewsBreak Lite not working

2. Fix NewsBreak Lite Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NewsBreak Lite be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NewsBreak Lite not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NewsBreak Lite may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
