1. Even though screen rotation is on.I give it 4 stars for giving me timely news notifications; Some news stories are slow to load (probably the ads); Won't play any video in app (latest update made it impossible): caused me to miss the Somerset implosion live AND replay).

1. Fix WJAR NBC 10 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WJAR NBC 10: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WJAR NBC 10 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WJAR NBC 10" » Open WJAR NBC 10 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WJAR NBC 10 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WJAR NBC 10 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WJAR NBC 10 servers.
