Now it won't load.i really liked 13abc news app but they have the video to watch the news and sometimes the video don't work on my phone so i down load this one and i had this one some time now its a great app it lets me know whats going on with new around me and other places i liked it a lot i just wish that 13abc had the same app instead you have to watch videos and things that mind don't work so i have this one and u guess u keep this one til 13abc can make the same app with out the video from me you guys get ☆☆☆☆Won't connect to the net after last updateI loved this app until I updated it now it won't load and I keep getting the same error messageUsed to love the app... 1. Fix NBC 24 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NBC 24: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NBC 24 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NBC 24" » Open NBC 24 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NBC 24 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NBC 24 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NBC 24 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NBC 24" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
