1. (Edit) now March and the app still doesn't work properly.I like this app but the opening page is a bit of a put off, think they could have something a bit more interesting? Photos on the front page of many of the articles seem to have disappeared? Overall though a good app.Ok-ish, but please fix the cropping of images.

2. Before I go, although I get read the news, the thing that irritates is that the app does not give all headline photos.Constantly breaking, haven't been able to use the voting in the opinion poles for weeks.

3. Also, the video is usually from a completely different article and nothing to do with the story you are reading, and it suffers from endless loading times just for a simple bit of text with photos.When loading the app it does not automatically refresh, even if I've not used it for a few days.

4. Am a DT reader, so expect better - just want to be kept informed about up to date news without being patronised.Crossword puzzle.

5. After opening I have to do a manual refresh, and suddenly 100's of new articles appear.

6. Most annoying.Crusader crossword does not save if one leaves midway.

7. All others automatically refresh when I open the app.The previous prompts were too frequent, repetitive and samey.

9. Save not working, check answers not working and show leader board not working.

10. The app is very buggy when it opens, and it has to re-open 2 or 3 times to get latest news.

1. Fix Express Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Express: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Express App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Express" » Open Express » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Express » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Express app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Express servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Express" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Express app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Express might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Express. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Express then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Express not working

2. Fix Express Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Express be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Express not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Express may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
