2. We made sure that the app is not battery optimised.App does the job very well.. what it is meant for.. It notifies in realtime a out visitors visting your website.. But onething that should be added is the custom notification tone option.
3. After accepting a chat it shows connecting scroller rotating on screen top section and not able to send the chat message and takes lot of time, even more than minute.
