About Glory Fit

Glory Fit Customer Insights

1. Please fix the bug so the app will work as advertised.I've had about 3 Smart 😂 watches & this is my 2nd Glory fit 🙄 and it's been the hardest by far to operate! If you put all three put together and no instructions! The number of times I need to click the button to get to the menu I want is RIDICULOUS! I still can't get my sleep recorded, I can't add any exercises like water fitness.

2. The Smart Watch works great, but the Glory Fit app that it's supposed connect to fails in its record-keeping duty.

3. Please fix the bugs in this watch!!!!Notifications from phone and other functions work properly.

4. I'm not sure if this is a problem with the app or the watch I have but it doesn't seem to always sync the weather and/or sleeping history.

5. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, reset my watch multiple times, and still can't figure out why it's not tracking steps/hr/O2 but everything else works.

6. App becomes completely useless and developer doesn't respond to email.Keeps logging out, won't connect, improper instructions, and the issues have persisted for months.

7. ******** (edit) figured it out! If you open the app, in the top left corner on the main screen will be the current weather, click on it and on the next screen (in the top right) will be a slider to go from Celsius to Fahrenheit and vice versa.

8. It doesn't sync exercises at all from the watch that demands I use this app.

9. The only thing I wish they would add is the ability to customize your own watch face more.

10. The watch is pretty and I can see the face plate, depending on which one you choose.

11. I have a Samsung Galaxy watch 4, but I got this watch for my husband and he really liked it so I thought I'd give it a try.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Glory Fit Issues

1. Fix Glory Fit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Glory Fit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Glory Fit App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Glory Fit" » Open Glory Fit » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Glory Fit » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Glory Fit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Glory Fit servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Glory Fit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Glory Fit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Glory Fit might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Glory Fit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Glory Fit then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Glory Fit not working


2. Fix Glory Fit Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Glory Fit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Glory Fit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Glory Fit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • My GloryFit app was removed from my phone but after reinstalling my watch (Valente Fem Fit 2) can no longer sync with the app. So data is no longer available. I also lost the old data.   • I have spent 4 hrs in unsuccessful attempts to get Spade&Co HEALTHSMARTWATCH 2 set up. The manual is worthless. The QR does not work. The GloryFit app is worthless thus far. I can get paired to my phone but neither THE GloryFit app nor watch will let me set up. I've followed all instructions to total roadblocks.   • I bought a Glory fit watch from Amazon a few days ago. Intelligent Sports watch. It works fine except for the time face illumination. The lifting of the arm/ hand works fine from morning to late at night. The action to illuminate the watch face then stops working. In the morning the watch works fine again. Can you let me know if this function can be fixed so that it works all the time.

  • The watch is great, even though it doesn't register blood pressure. However, it doesn't fully charge and while it is on charge it keeps buzzing & virating. I have tried different charging points and checking it is connected properly, but nothing makes a difference. it is fine for 2 minutes, then starts complaining with the buzzing and vibrating and seems to not charge any further.

  • Hi, i just purchased a gloryfit watch P40d for my son. Its pretty good and most things work but i can get the whatsapp or text messages to show up on the watch. It is currently paired with an iphone 6s and the music and other functions work ok. Its just the messages and WhatsApp that dont. Please help as this is important for school

  • Hi there. I’ve recently purchased one of your smatwatches, the Radiant one, and I was trying to set it up. I’ve downloaded your app, GloryFit, through the play store. Sadly, whenever I try to open it up, it shows only a white screen, and after a while the app closes itself. I’ve already tried reinstaling the app and restarting my cellphone, but it keeps doing the same problema. Hope you can help me.

  • BP monitoring is not accurate through my smart watch. When I select the age 20, height 5'4'', weight 140 lb then BP showing 113/70. When I select the age 46, height 5'11'', weight 188 lb then BP showing 124/82. Why is that? It seem that it is showing fake data. BP is BP, what is the relation with heigh, weight and age? Also weather is not accurate. Pulse is also not accurate. I hoped it would be a good watch, but it is not.

  • I have given Glory fit all permissions on my phone but it will not give call or text notifications. When I go to connect it on wifi it says I need an app for the device but the app is already installed. The instructions for finding "autoplay" is not a Samsung option that I can find.   • Appart from the test is in a ridiculously small font, I can on see 1st few words of a message. How do I read it all. I have tried scrolling up down left right and tapping. Nothing happens which make the function useless. The point of receiving texts on the watch is so you don't have to then go to your phone.

  • I have only had my glory fit watch for about a month. I was really enjoying this new watch. But after about a month after I charged the watch it will no longer display anything on the face. It is still tracking as I can check it on my phone. This has been very disappointing.

  • This is my second message to you and you still haven't answered me I have now contacted my bank for a refund on the watch since you won't back your product..if I was anyone considering buying a watch from this company I'd be very hesitant they don't back they're products and don't care about their customers..this is not considered slander it is a statement from an experience I had after doing business with them..so I can not be held liable for any consequences or losses from my statement.

  • Dear sirs, I love one of your watch faces (grey background with a rotating spacemen) but I want my "Glory-Fit' watch to really stand out so my colleagues are jealous & all want one ~ more sales for you.
    I have tried to customise my watch face as I'd prefer the grey background to be a light purple, however I cannot achieve this. I'm a Neurologist & can fix the human brain but I cannot fix this watch face. I have a large request to ask, can you please create a duplicate of the grey face but in light purple colour to load onto my watch please ~ I know asking a large, successful company to do this just for me is asking a lot, but I'm hoping that once my colleagues see it they will all want one & I can point them in your direction and also tell them what outstanding customer service you have. The watches will also be noticed by their clients & each Dr can explain the health benefits of the watch and thus lead to more sales.
    That is my hope anyway,
