Will not let me Register. Captcha is not working.

Further to my earlier complaint, the readings from the blood pressure app on my Koretrak which arrived today cannot possibly be accurate because I have been taking medication for my blood pressure for many years and I monitor it at home. During this time my pressure averages around 155/70 yet when i tried the Koretrak app I get repeated average readings of 120/75? These are wrong. Furthermore when I looked into this issue on Google, there were numerous other people who are all complaining about the same problem. Is this something to do with the Koretrak blood pressure app itself? I think all other apps are ok but the important one, blood pressure , is way out!! Please advise.

My wife ordered a Koretrak which arrived today but she decided she didn't want to use it but I plan to but cannot register it as it keeps asking me for something called CAPTCHA? She received a verification number 149905 to the email address she used to purchase the watch, Yongtay118@redacted, but the registration will not allow me to use it to complete the process?? Hi I got this as a gift. I am asthmatic and my readings range from 90 to 98, if it was 90 I would be in hospital this is dangerous. Also the sleep recordings the past 2 days stop at 4am , wrong again. Also can you tell me how accurate the step counter is

I bought a dayband for my mother and father and they only have 1 phone, the app says it supports family sharing but I can not find out, in the app, where to turn it on so they can run both bracelets on 1 app. Please let me know! THX! Brett

I've purchased a pair of dayband units and set them up with my samsung phone. One of them has been running fine for a few days now. The other, I setup today, had seemed to have been working fine until I connected it to my phone to setup the correct time.

After that, I noticed that it no longer calculated heart rate. Im also suspicious of the O2 an BP readings. When attempting to read the heart rate, it sits on the HR screen and eventually blanks out.

When trying BP it almost immediately vibrates and reads 120/68 every time (on my other wrist, the other dayband would be reading 119/77). The O2 also responds almost immediately, reading 92, 94, or 96.

I've powered off/on. I've done the reset, updated the firmware, factory data reset and cleaned the sensor, to no avail.

What could be wrong?

How do you change WEATHER location?

The app was synched to my Koretrak and worked beautifully until I did the upgrade yesterday. It fried my watch - meaning the watch face went black and it would not charge. It was completely rendered useless. What happened?

I recently ordered a watch and received it but it is not working well. Things like calories, blood pressure and temperature don't work. The green light underneath the watch is not working, maybe that's the problem.

I have a new DayBand connected to my iPhone. Wearing it at night. It is not recording sleep time. Also BP is inaccurate.

I connected my core tracker to my phone to alert when a call came in. Now it will not allow me to change screens and says I still have an active call. What can I do to reset this? Can I fix the problem?
