App is horrible it doesn't show enough playback you have to refresh the short video clips and it only loads up to 2048 won't go past that you can't get to the videos you actually need to see,they need to update it so you can playback the clip as soon as you get a notification not take you to a live screen by the time it loads whatever was happening you can't see it they need to put a scroll bar on it so you can go back to the exact timeline to view it just like it's on the dvr please updateVideo play back sometimes does not play anything.

2. The full screen live feed is slow to load the video, it lags about 3- 4 seconds.

3. Horrible app!!Garbage, the app simply force closes (crashes) upon trying to play any live camera feeds.

1. Restart Night Owl X HD: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Night Owl X HD App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Night Owl X HD" » Open Night Owl X HD » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Night Owl X HD » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Night Owl X HD app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Night Owl X HD servers.
