1. Is this app really made by Wondershare, the same people behind Filmora? I can’t believe that they also have trashy apps like this one! This app, SAME AS THE OTHER DATA RECOVERY APP HERE IN PLAYSTORE, just shows you files that are still on your device and were never deleted, not the ones that you want to recover.This is terrible it only shows the videos that I have and not the deleted ones like what the hell? Don't spend your time on this useless app.

2. After the DEEP SCAN, It only shows the files I already have in my gallery along with some recently deleted files (which I can easily recover from my mobile gallery, no need of a 3rd party app) and some whatsapp status.

3. The app does retrieve photos and videos that have been deleted, and once you press the "restore files" button, it will tell you that the files have been restored successfully to "sdcard/drfone".

1. Fix Dr.Fone Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dr.Fone: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dr.Fone App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dr.Fone" » Open Dr.Fone: Photo & Data Recovery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dr.Fone » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dr.Fone: Photo & Data Recovery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dr.Fone servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dr.Fone: Photo & Data Recovery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dr.Fone app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dr.Fone might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dr.Fone. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dr.Fone then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dr.Fone not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dr.Fone be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dr.Fone not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dr.Fone may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
