1. It's work only when the multi grid picture is fully occupied and stored..thk you : )The only big problem for me is that the filters you add trough "more cameras" glitch out.... To be honest the cinema filters are my faves but I cant use them anymore... I tried installing the app again but nothing, I really hope that there would be an update that will fix this problem.I looked for 4 days before my trip for a camera that would withstand my photos...it was doing pretty good till the 3rd of the 7th day of the trip and just stopped working.

2. I search for mainly live filters..this one does the job.Completely love this app!!! Photos and videos with amazing filters, plus added special cameras that can do more than standard apps can do! The more you use it, the more filters you gain for free! The only thing i could think to make this app prefect is to be able to create an account (which i normally hate doing) so that there is a way to transfer unlcoked filters to a new device, etc.Like it so much but when I took some picture under multi grid and OFF the phone for a moment and ON it back.

3. This function is so important for me to have available and this alone is making me uninstall the app.I would give this app 5 stars, but there are two problems: The app keeps having a network error when I try to download filters.

4. Cannot even reinstall the filters now- keep getting "error".

5. You cannot adjust the lighting on filters and if the filter is way too bright or dark that's the way you have to keep it.

6. PLEASE FIX THESE ISSUES QUICKLY!The extra filters keep disappearing after a couple of weeks or so.

1. Restart Wondershare PowerCam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Wondershare PowerCam App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wondershare PowerCam" » Open Wondershare PowerCam » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wondershare PowerCam » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wondershare PowerCam app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wondershare PowerCam servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wondershare PowerCam" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wondershare PowerCam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wondershare PowerCam might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wondershare PowerCam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wondershare PowerCam then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wondershare PowerCam not working

2. Fix Wondershare PowerCam Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wondershare PowerCam be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
