1. Made a request for thr technical department 1 month ago... No answer.Do not download this app is very rubbish and awful 😕 very bad service in fact I'm switching my Vodafone number to another sim they don't help at all if you call customer service they are rude the app it can't allow you to register 🙄Disgusting Service of Internet, Always showing 5G but never works , I were Fool to transfer from Lyca to Vodafone one year before but the service were very bad , never works , Dont recommend to anyone.

2. They extra charge you! I used my sim after few months and went to see if everything was ok, they told me that I had to charge it for 10€, so I did it and it took all of my credit away!!! when I asked why, they said I was under with my credit!!! And since the sim was off for more than 6 months, now I can't have any offer at all! And I have to buy a new sim! Even if this one costed 30€! Unbelievable! Never again vodafone!Absolute worst cellphone service I've ever used.

3. I am trying to install it on my laptop and on Google Chrome and it won't met me do that either!! How in the world can I keep my service with Vodafone when they make it impossible to recharge and pay for the service? Vey poor app.

4. If I could give this app and cellphone carrier a negative rating, I would do so without hesitation.After upgrading my phone to Oxygen OS 11, the application says "invalid registration number" as a toast message and then it opens fine with full functionality.

5. An English alternative/language selection would also be helpful.Waste of time and money! Unsattisfied with vodafone service.
