1. fone's app i found that this was not the case.This is a hacker tool kit along with tools cast , writevon pdf ,they enable hackers to steal data and other things from your phone pictures messages video passwords and other things do not install unless you are a dead beat hacker with nothing better to do like start a family be involved in life and there right its as easy as , sorry forgot they would need the help of a USB connecter eg ... USB mounter, extrac1*#2*3* EXTRACTED TEXT SOCIALMEDIA FINANCES MUSIC PIPE TOOLS CASTAND IN-SHAPE CLOCKNice idea for app, sad thing is that it doesn't work, utterly waste of time and money.

2. awful app and a waste of money!I've tried their PC app and their Android app - neither of which will transfer notes from my iCloud account to my new phone - contacts, calendar, reminders, photos, videos only.

3. Got a refund from Google Play.That's the way you make money! Create app with high fee or subscription which doesn't work then create fake web portal or portals as independent review experts advise and rate your app like the best ever existed.

5. I'm using a Huawei Mate 20 Pro, running Android 9.0. The "tech geek" at Carphone Warehouse said when moving from Apple to Android only the data listed above will migrate - everything else has to be done manually as its completely different operating systems.

3. Clear dr.fone - Switch iOS to Android app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from dr.fone servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "dr.fone - Switch iOS to Android" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check dr.fone app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, dr.fone might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall dr.fone. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall dr.fone then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing dr.fone not working

2. Fix dr.fone Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make dr.fone be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to dr.fone not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, dr.fone may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
