1. Lazy product development team wlth bad managers.Although there is an English option at the beginning of the app, it makes no difference once you start using it as most of they key words and phrases are still Turkish.

Disappointment.most of the times it let's you use it without password but sometimes asks you the password even if you logged it in and it's not giving free internet like old times where they were giving at least 2gb's every week.I've had the same issue as a lot of users , the app barely starts and only displays a white screen.

3. Turns out developers use a different calendar as the first 5 months missing !English translation is not complete, and when we choose english, many strings are still not translated.

4. Don't recommend using Vodafone in Turkey.It constantly asks whether I want to switch to a new tariff, and sometimes I get this notification from the phone itself.

5. Cannot use the app whatsoever.App is not fully translated to English, so it's impossible to understand how to terminate the contract.
