Why should I report an Issue with Videap - Video Effects Editor?

1. Whenever I try to share my video to tiktok it says "File doesn't exist." What does that mean? Thanks and also I don't know how to make like short transitions so just tell me how to do that and the file problem and I'll be ready to go!The cartoonizer effect and the filters are all pretty sweet, high quality, most of the stuff on there is free.

2. It doesn't have the same equalizer and reverb stuff that kinemaster does but it makes it for itIt's a good app, but why no landscape mode? This app, along with motion ninja, & vn editor only have portrait mode, Android already has a automatic screen rotation if you want landscape or portrait.

3. I paid for the pro features originally but ever since the update I barely have any editing options - I can't add more than 1 video clip, I don't see an option to add audio anymore, pretty much the only options available are filters that I don't use and trimming/cropping.

4. i hope to see more improvements and features such as pressing a button to immediately match the video clips to the format the canvas is in, instead of doing it manually which is sort of annoying, but not obnoxious or anything.This was a great app before the update.

5. I found an effect I liked, but could not figure out how to simply apply it to the whole video, not pieces of the video where I had to keep manually applying it.

6. the correlation between the 2? is that they both have landscape mode, take it into account..I'm using this instead of video leap by lightricks.

7. What if my video had been an hour? It would've taken an hour to just apply one effect.

8. The other app fyi is "glitch video effect - glitchcam" maybe this would help with inspiration idk.

10. a lot of us are using these editors for YouTube which most people view in landscape, Take it from apps like Kinemaster (which im coming from) & PowerDirector which both have over a 100m+ downloads.

1. Fix Videap Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Videap: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Videap App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Videap" » Open Videap - Video Effects Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Videap » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Videap - Video Effects Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Videap servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Videap - Video Effects Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Videap app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Videap might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Videap. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Videap then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Videap not working

2. Fix Videap Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Videap be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Videap not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Videap may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
