Wells Fargo Customer Insights

1. Is it too much to ask to show the total amount to be deducted from account in future? Bank of America, First Citizens and Chase all show a total amount of pending, scheduled bill payments.

2. I turn off all programs and when I go ahead to take pictures of the back and front of the check, it doesn't go through on the very first time.App was glitching when I tried to transfer from one account to another so I unistalled and downloaded again.

3. The entire paybills section is now a complete and total mess.New Bill pay update is horrible.

4. Someone really approved this and thought it was a great idea? Looking forward to a new update that fixes all this mess!!!this is a complete and utter joke!!!! the more unique password non sense is a complete get under your skin experience for sure.

5. "Payments" are all transfer functions where there a limits to the number of times you can pay your credit card a month from a non-wells account.

6. After over a decade of using WF, it seems like the app is worse now than it ever was in the past.While I like the convenience of this app, the recent bill pay update leaves a lot to be desired.

7. The new bill pay is HORRIBLE! It was easy to make a payment, view scheduled payments, and see the payment history.

8. At least on the prior version, there was a total shown for the pending bill payments.

9. After this update the bill pay feature is a mess.

10. Limits the amount of times you can pay off your credit card forcing you to carry a balance if you run out of an imaginary number they never tell you.

11. Can't transfer money from external account to wells Fargo checking for some reason.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Wells Fargo Issues

1. Fix Wells Fargo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Wells Fargo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

  3. Clear Wells Fargo Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wells Fargo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wells Fargo Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Wells Fargo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wells Fargo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Wells Fargo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wells Fargo then reinstall.
