Why should I report an Issue with Walkify - Keep Walking & Earning?

As well as It is not a registered company to pay out or incorporated to do any financial activities.It is a best app ,i also prefer this app for those who walk outside, college students, workers etc... But the main problem is it takes more points for one coin what man it takes 10,000 points for one coin?? It is truely unfair atleast you can keep 1000 points for generating one coins right?? If this is cleared every thing will be goodNot my best experience as the new app updates restrict to avail rewards with the gold coins that I have been collecting for a long time.

2. Please fix this asap.Very bad app..... It doesn't recognize the when we walk and doesn't change at all..... I dont understand that How can a person walk more than 30000 steps a day .... I took some challenges and saw the results like walking 150000 steps in 2 days....which highly impossible and outdoor steps in one more big blunder..... It will get reset automatically after 2 hours of walking....... Endomondo app is 2000 times better than thisWalkify is genuine app.

3. Walkify should reduce the step value for coins as it is just impossible to collect coin with a day limit of 30,000 steps (or 3 walkify coins).

4. But as I experienced by using the app it is very difficult to earn walkify coins as for 1 walkify coin we need to walk 10,000 steps which very high and just impossible.

5. Sorry 😐Everything is fine but when I switch on outdoor points and walk along with keeping app in background after some time when i maximize the app from background it refresh it's page and doesn't counts my outdoor points.

6. There's a difference of at least 12000 steps in the real step count as per google fit and the steps updated on the app.

7. Although it has another way "outdoor points" to increase step count.

8. In comparison with other app, all other app give 1 coin for 1,000 steps.

9. Please reduce the amount for the walkify coin.Fake app, many functions are not working and the payment is also not working.

10. I have faced lot of problems to start the outdoor steps portion.

1. Fix Walkify Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Walkify: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Walkify App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Walkify" » Open Walkify - Keep Walking & Earning » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Walkify » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Walkify - Keep Walking & Earning app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Walkify servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Walkify - Keep Walking & Earning" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Walkify app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Walkify might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Walkify. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Walkify then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Walkify not working

2. Fix Walkify Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Walkify be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Walkify not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Walkify may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
