Learning Customer Insights

1. Please fix this ASAP and I will modify the feedback.Ok I love Herbalife products they have helped me so much and I was in the process to be a distributor but I cant do it because this app keeps timing out on me leaves me with a blank screen and I need to do all them to be the best Distributor I can be to help alot of people and I cant please get this fixed thank youIt's not loading the contents, installed & uninstalled near about 3 to 4 time, but same things happens, only white screen display is thereI'm not able to login.

2. Many people don't have computer or laptop need this app to get this certificateIt keeps going in a loop from choose your region to the username/password screen ( which I entered ) then bk to choose your region.

3. Need help.When i finished the lesson the got the test.

4. How am I suppose to complete "REQUIRED" training when it won't load on site or in app.

5. Asks my region, then my log in info and then brings me back to region.

6. Reloading since then but am not getting the content for training.

7. I got logged out of the test.

8. Ive reinstalled it and it does the same exact thing.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Learning Issues

1. Fix Learning Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Learning: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Learning App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Learning" » Open Learning » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Learning » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Learning app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Learning servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Learning" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Learning app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Learning might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Learning. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Learning then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Learning not working


2. Fix Learning Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Learning be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Learning not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Learning may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
