1. WOW! Just absolutely incredible... Seriously 😍! I never, ever, EVER thought I would be willing to pay a few dollars a month for any app and if I was willing to, it would NEVER be a navigation app! WELL NEVER SAY NEVER! I LOVE THIS APP! It is totally easy to understand and control... I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE FACT that I can put it in 3D satellite mode and see every single landmark, no matter what it is mind you, and no matter how fast I am going... There is no lag and everything is crystal clear!I love VZ Navigator I use it frequently.

2. It forces me to use Google Maps and I hate that! Verizon has been working for the last 3 weeks to figure out why I cannot load VZ Navigator.Really not worth the money.

3. Please upgrade the app for multiple stops per route.We had a great experience we went from Cushing Oklahoma to a camping place outside of Colorado Springs Colorado that is absolutely the best place i have ever been on the side of a mountain.

4. I can get free apps but I like the featuresI like this GPS app better than Google Maps because it's so easy to switch between map view and a list of turns.

5. With the amount of error messages, failure to load, and delayed updates to your route, it is pretty ridiculous Verizon charges for this service.

6. 2 stars only because, when it actually does work, the maps are easy to read.I used this app from the Galaxy Note 4 to the Note 10.

7. 1st, I started to get false navigation from the app (wrong time remaining, wrong miles to destination + inaccurate navigation to destination).

8. I Uninstalled app, then restarted phone 3 times, within approximately five weeks time frame.

9. I sent Verizon support my problem with app + phone files.

10. I dealt with the email service now the roadways too!!?? Please!!I had this app free on my windows phone but had to finally get a newer one.

1. Fix VZ Navigator Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VZ Navigator: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VZ Navigator App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VZ Navigator" » Open VZ Navigator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VZ Navigator » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VZ Navigator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VZ Navigator servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VZ Navigator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VZ Navigator app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VZ Navigator might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VZ Navigator. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VZ Navigator then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VZ Navigator not working

2. Fix VZ Navigator Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VZ Navigator be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VZ Navigator not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VZ Navigator may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
