1. It is very pouring application.At first it didn't work like forever...but after so many months of working and dealing with customer service, i found out that this application is just fine but u have to enter it using the registered mobile phone data only, not using wifi or other mobile number data....that's all for it to operate smoothly...unfortunately their customer service are not all aware of this issue...Peace...🤘🏻Application is limited and doesn't have many controls, only sim swap and billsit was good previously but during payment of my last bill it happen that I paid the same bill twice !!! I contacted customer service they said it is ok and it will be in my account for the next bill I wish this to be resolvePlease add all the possibilities of controlling the account through the application, such as adding and removing various services, making an authorization for replacing the SI...

2. Thanks to solve this bugDoesn't work!! Keeps giving the same message/error (login with a different account) 4 months later and the app is still very poor! Keeps giving an error every time I open it! The only function that works is to see the total invoice amount!! Totally unexpected performance from Vodafone Egypt!! Even the business website is not working properly!! Business customer support (247) have NO idea about the app functionality nor its support!! Really disappointing!Very bad application, always error , can't print all invoices, just three months available.

5. I use my Vodafone, in the past , around since five years it was perfect, why this application has those features of my Vodafone.

6. before last updates i was able to deactivte internet bundles to add another one for voice lines but now i can't.

7. Need each time to pay invoice, to uninstall and reinstall again.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Vodafone Business Issues

1. Fix Vodafone Business Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Vodafone Business: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Vodafone Business App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vodafone Business" » Open Vodafone Business » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vodafone Business » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Vodafone Business app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vodafone Business servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vodafone Business" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Vodafone Business app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vodafone Business might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Vodafone Business. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vodafone Business then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vodafone Business not working


2. Fix Vodafone Business Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vodafone Business be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vodafone Business not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vodafone Business may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
