1. Utahrealestate. com is the premier real estate website for Utah, providing more than 25,000 property listings.
2. The property information provided on Utahrealestate. com is provided by Utah’s Realtors through the Utahrealestate. com MLS.
3. This means you have the most accurate, up-to-date property information available!
1. Terrible app! For one, everytime I view a property and then click back to see other results, I have to reenter all the filter data again.
2. If you've favorited a listing but it goes off the MLS, it can't be unfavorited in-app– only online. It's good for browsing most of the time, but weirdly buggy when you try to look up specific listings or go back to a previous listing.
3. As a software engineer, I could really lay into a lot of things that are just silly about this app, but at this point, what's the use? This app only gets used by people for a short time, until they buy or sell a home and then it doesn't ever get used again, so enhancement requests are moot.
4. When you click on the photos to zoom in the photo fills the whole screen vertically and shows only a section of the photo.
5. Entering a specific MLS should always bring up the result (if it's still on the website), even if the current default filter settings wouldn't let it show.
6. This also is missing the ability to search by square footage and custom prices (they have a dropdown, not text input).
7. The website has that option, but it is to include that in to your search result.
8. Another improvement would be an option to type in a price range vs set ranges (instead of $250k or $300k set prices let us input $277k, ya know?).
9. I have to go to the website and do the rambler filter... favorite the houses that I want... then I can use the app with those.
10. Not only does the mobile app lack key functionality that is on the desktop version, but it also: * distorts any picture you click into.
11. Absolute pain! Also I can't click on and look at full screen photos without them being zoomed in on so much that I can't tell what I'm looking at.
