1. Unfortunately it is only good for loan application not existing loans.Garbage app... Not sure they understand that people would like to manage their mortgage through the app, not just apply for a new loan... How this even got approved from the design perspective is beyond me.Terrible. You can only apply.

2. Worse bank company I've ever dealt with, can't handle basic data entry, traded my loan then claimed they didn't tried to make me pay for what had been paying the bank the traded to.

3. Lost $1300 thanks to them.Good app and awsome people who make the process easier to go thru.Fake app to scam people of their credentials! Don't worry, I've already verified my claims..just warning YOU as a courtesy.

4. after I paid for the appraisal and home inspection they denied my loan.they will find a excuse to screw you over.

5. I CAN'T WAIT to get from underneath this company.Got pre approved with them about 2 years ago, but we didn't find anything and our agent left.

6. Shows they don't care about customers, only new business.This app is for requesting a loan only.

7. Then reacquired my loan, now have 2 loans with them on file for the same property.

1. Fix GR Loans Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GR Loans: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GR Loans App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GR Loans" » Open GR Loans » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GR Loans » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GR Loans app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GR Loans servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GR Loans" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GR Loans app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GR Loans might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GR Loans. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GR Loans then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GR Loans not working

2. Fix GR Loans Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GR Loans be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GR Loans not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GR Loans may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
