Why should I report an Issue with DelfieArt: Double-View Selfie ?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Uptenz to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. i would also like if the app would allow already taken photos from the gallery as the front picture or the selfieI love the idea of using both camera at same time and when I used the app i loved it but their is need some more upgrade like filters, editting tools, and when we click picture we can cut out the extra portion we want to cut.

The only thing I would love to add is to be able to have a date stamp So that the picture itself could show what date the photo was taken without having to update my settings for all my pictures on my camera to have a date stamp, I would only want it for pictures for which I need a dual camera picture.

Anyone looking for dual camera should just get this app and not any other.It's okay, i can see what they are trying to do with this app, but I'd rather be able to access either front or back camera for any picture, and also be able to access my photos for either picture, so a can quickly blend two photos together for a better effect.

4. Definitely a 5/5 stars.The app is user friendly, however, it would be nice if a person could use pictures from the gallery for the front view picture because sometimes, people aren't always going to want to take live photos.

Thanks for a great app.the app needs work especially the software they need to modernize the main menu with respect o think the design of the main menu is kinda outdated i would go for a white and blue approach (just my opinion) the execution of the app like changing the opacity the fade it's good but i would like to see more options in the app itself like crop,image tuning, filters,text(optional),and etc.

6. A fix to simply direct photos to the same gallery location specified for the used by the phone's native camera app would be a huge improvement and make DelfieArt actually useful.

7. It allowed you to take a rear camera and front camera photo simultaneously and add a date to the front camera picture and make a shape a little different.

8. DelfieArt is in many ways a very nice app which I would find very useful _if_ I were able to direct storage of saved photos directly into a folder on the SD card in my Galaxy S8+ phone.

11. Before this phone came out, Samsung had an additional feature to their camera which was a dual camera option.

1. Fix DelfieArt Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DelfieArt: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DelfieArt App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DelfieArt" » Open DelfieArt: Double-View Selfie » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DelfieArt » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DelfieArt: Double-View Selfie app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DelfieArt servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DelfieArt: Double-View Selfie " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DelfieArt app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DelfieArt might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DelfieArt. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DelfieArt then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DelfieArt not working

2. Fix DelfieArt Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DelfieArt be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DelfieArt not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DelfieArt may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
