1. Kindly fix it asap.No response for OTP verification...I tried multiple times to register my phone number but it doesn't sent any OTP to the to the phone via message or email... I have so many people'sreview and it exactly matched with mine, I I request that developers to work on this and I give one star because because this app didn't helped me.App fails at getting basic functionality right.

2. Instead of so many reviews by users it seems canvera is not taking any action for resolving issue.Could not be able to download photobook! What's the point for providing PIN and app link when you can't be able to manage it? I see so many people are getting same issue from long time and still they haven't resolved it!The photoshoot doesn't download and keeps stopping at 0%.

3. And the "contact us" tab shows my own account information which is not helping in terms of whom to contact.Photobook not downloading in android 11 tried in 2 different phones but didnt dwnloaded.

4. Even when I have fast wifi connection the app shows that there is problem with my internet connection.I have been trying to download my photobook.

5. Wasted a lot of time to download but not exceeding 0% inspite of good internet connection.

1. Fix Canvera Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Canvera: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Canvera App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Canvera" » Open Canvera - View Photobook, Hire » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Canvera » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Canvera - View Photobook, Hire app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Canvera servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Canvera - View Photobook, Hire" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Canvera app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Canvera might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Canvera. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Canvera then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Canvera not working

2. Fix Canvera Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Canvera be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Canvera not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Canvera may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
