1. But the app works reliably and the scope is a great tool!Worked great for my snake! Download app from the developer's website, if you are running Android 10.0 or 11.0. there's a change that requires different app settings or permissions!¡! 2. Great work and easy to use... Wish I could pinch to zoom anywhere, not just to the center... My only -three stars because at one time this app worked quite well ... I've had this device for a few years; now none of my devices show only a black screen even though they show connected to the devices Wi-Fi.

3. Please also store the photos and videos as data and not as cache, so we can access them with a file manager as non root and not accidentally delete them.I don't know why everyone is complaining, my phone is 4 years old running original Android 9 OS and I have no issues with it whatsoever.

1. Fix Depstech-View Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Depstech-View: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Depstech-View App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Depstech-View" » Open Depstech-View » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Depstech-View » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Depstech-View app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Depstech-View servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Depstech-View" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Depstech-View app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Depstech-View might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Depstech-View. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Depstech-View then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Depstech-View not working

2. Fix Depstech-View Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Depstech-View be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Depstech-View not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Depstech-View may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
