Why should I report an Issue with Diana Photo - double exposure?

Also, some more control over image editing, like being able to rotate the image in real time, and the ability to adjust the intensity of the filter would be great Anyway, great app for creating cool double-exposed images.Great app for easily layering your photos, plus randomly adding an interesting mix of colors to them.

Doesn't do anything except take two of your random pictures and layer them on top of each other😠This app crashes so much I really like it and its cool but it has just crashed 8 times in a row how am I supposed to create when I cant get anywhere?Not a silhouette maker, it just takes one picture and throws it on top of another.

1. Fix Diana Photo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Diana Photo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Diana Photo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Diana Photo" » Open Diana Photo - double exposure » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Diana Photo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Diana Photo - double exposure app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Diana Photo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Diana Photo - double exposure" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Diana Photo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Diana Photo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Diana Photo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Diana Photo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Diana Photo not working

2. Fix Diana Photo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Diana Photo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Diana Photo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Diana Photo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
