1. Open my profile, the days that I signed up to work are still listed and I have no messages if the shifts were approved or notSo far so good,great human resource support - only thing that would make it even better, is if more companies in rural areas used UPshift.

2. What does that tell yoI like that it allows me to find shifts that will fit with my schedule, so if I have a lot going on at work, I have the ability to take a break from Upshift and then pick up shifts again whenever I want.

3. You have to communicate with clients.Overall I love the app and the whole Upshift experience however the app does not maintain search settings after you click on a listing to apply.

4. Everything runs so smoothly when it comes to using the app, finding shifts, and getting paid.I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and even went to the orientation and sat through the introduction video.

5. I live in a major metropolitan (Las Vegas), I went through the orientation, but yet I've seen jobs on this app only twice and it was for the same position duplicated multiple times and over the course of a week total.

6. For Las Vegas to be such a major city, and for Upshift to constantly be recruiting large amounts of people, I would think there would be more opportunities available.

1. Fix Upshift Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Upshift: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Upshift App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Upshift" » Open Upshift - Find flexible shifts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Upshift » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Upshift - Find flexible shifts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Upshift servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Upshift - Find flexible shifts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Upshift app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Upshift might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Upshift. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Upshift then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Upshift not working

2. Fix Upshift Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Upshift be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Upshift not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Upshift may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
