It's also quite easy to get in touch with customer service and I find that very important and helpful.Nice idea but bad platform...the application has to much trouble about sending notification...i hope the company think about refreshing app by introducing new update!It was my first work experience also the best one in germany.

I suggest them to get in touch with more employers.The app is really great but 1 of the technical glitch that I am noticing frequently is that push notifications for jobs only work when I open the app, otherwise not.I have used the app now for the little over a month and everything is seamless, from booking a shift to getting paid.

1. Fix Zenjob Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zenjob: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zenjob App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zenjob" » Open Zenjob - Flexible Nebenjobs » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zenjob » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zenjob - Flexible Nebenjobs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zenjob servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zenjob - Flexible Nebenjobs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zenjob app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zenjob might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zenjob. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zenjob then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zenjob not working

2. Fix Zenjob Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zenjob be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zenjob not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zenjob may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
