Travelio Customer Insights

1. the rooms are okay, but the service is 0 !! I invite parents from abroad who are 90 years old, they are tired and want to rest but? I bought an internet modem, it wasn't provided, the admin chat was very slow, the call service was also very unfriendly.

2. So i had to wait almost 1 hour on the lobby while frequently checking the apps if there was any new message.I want to believe travelio is reliable for fulfilling our relevant needs.

3. Promo appears everytime you open the app, cam be annoying if you open it more than 5 times a day.I will not using this apps or even book any places that related with Travelio.

4. Even better if there's a proper issue ticketing system where I can track down my issue resolution progress.Travelio is horrible apps.

5. I would recommend to use other applications with better service quality.the first time I tried to use it, because I saw good reviews.

6. The investigation took up 1,5 months and the deposit still not return with the reason that the key was lost even though there was a proof a photo of the key being place in the mailbox.

7. Even I found dissatisfaction, no body would listen to my complain, either Travelio Admin nor the Property Owner/Management, especially in Indonesia.

8. It made so much problem during checkin as their PIC on site did not want (or was not allowed, i dont know, he never replied when i ask about this) to give me his direct contact for faster response.

11. Bad experience with travelio and my deposit was not returned and the process was convuleted.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Travelio Issues

1. Fix Travelio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Travelio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Travelio App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Travelio" » Open Travelio: Apartment & House » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Travelio » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Travelio: Apartment & House app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Travelio servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Travelio: Apartment & House" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Travelio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Travelio might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Travelio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Travelio then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Travelio not working


2. Fix Travelio Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Travelio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Travelio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Travelio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
