1. More frustrating than worth the effort to use this app.Literally useless for me, because it will only show listings that are within the actual borders of the city, and there's no option to get rid of the borders.... you can try to use the draw option instead, but it makes you zoom in smaller than the border itself in order to use the draw function! Completely useless.

2. EXAMPLE, run a search in my city, it gives me results of 240 with a good 50 of them being in my area, the rest of them being in towns that are 50 to 75 miles away from me and you absolutely cannot exclude the expanded search.

3. Sometimes it works but it makes it difficult because not all search results are what I'm looking for or even close to it.Very poorly designed UI One would ASSUME that the interface works just like Zillow, Redfin, and others.

4. Instead, there's no way to search over a broad area of a metropolitan area, and the draw function only works at higher zoom levels.

5. After a short Google search I realized the private sellers didn't really want to share basic information about the property, even location/neighborhood.

6. As I single woman I will NOT be using this app.You can't draw on the map outside of maybe a 20 mile radius, which makes the entire app useless if you have multiple location options.

7. You type in the area of where you are looking or zoom into it on the map and it shows the prices and locations of available housing.

8. It also says there are no listings for my filters, when on other real estate apps, there's 40-60 listings with the same filters.Very easy to use app.

9. That means you need to make many many searches of different areas just to get a complete picture.Lacks the ability to limit results to ONLY the city you're searching.

10. The app seems to base your search on price and the bed and bath conditions separately.

11. All in all, wish I hadn't downloaded this app.Hard to find apartments even with filters.

2. Update the Rent. Apartments & Homes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rent. Apartments & Homes" » Open Rent. Apartments & Homes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rent. Apartments & Homes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rent. Apartments & Homes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rent. Apartments & Homes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rent. Apartments & Homes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rent. Apartments & Homes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rent. Apartments & Homes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rent. Apartments & Homes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rent. Apartments & Homes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rent. Apartments & Homes not working
