1. Looking for a 3 bed, 2 bath location under $1800; all "matches" previewed as being within price range were disappointing as the price was for a different layout (i.e. 2bed, 2bath).
2. I'm looking to move at a future date, 5 to 6 months out but it's been helpful in showing me different buildings that I will look into once I am closer to my moving date.
3. For example, when you put the address that I work at into Google maps and then as the second location you put one of the addresses you all have listed on here it shows me on Google that the drive time is 10 minutes and yet it's showing me on your app that the drive time is closer to 35.
4. what makes this app easy to use is probably the downfall for someone looking for a very specific criteria since it's simplifying the search method.
5. The other is the filters as to what amenities I'd prefer to price range and even down to type of flooring and balconies verses patios etc.
6. Thank you Apartment List for being my sidekick in looking for a place to find and call my forever home! You are taking so much stress off of me.
7. It is very simple to navigate through it and pick your choices or your filters and it gets everything straight-to-the-point exactly what you're looking for extremely easy to use.
8. Hecks....... I might even be able to relax now as we all know the stresses of moving can be more of a bite than what we can chew! LolI started using the app 2 days ago and it's been extremely helpful.
9. One main drawback is that you can't search for individual apartments or rentals you may come across so that feels a bit restrictive, but otherwise I think it's a good apartment search app.Exceptional App to have.
10. What's the point of spending all this time filtering the areas you want to live in only to get 100+ recommendations that are not a match? At least have a map filtering option.
11. You add your price and the neighborhoods you're looking in and for some reason it still recommends apartments that are not in the areas you selected.
