1. Sure, you can filter the results for single family home, but unless you're using the app to search for what you're looking for on an hourly basis, the notifications it sends you are all for apartments.Very nicely done much better and more user friendly than their website.

2. Then when you click on the unbelievable notification it takes you to a list of rentals that aren't even available under my search parameters even though the notification says "based on your recent search" I'm not sure why this happens none of the other rent apps do this.
