BitForex Pro Customer Insights

1. The trades I've made so far have worked fine, but you have to sign in using your password and 2FA every time you wanna check on the app even though they have you create a pattern passcode for quicker access Update: They fixed the bug mentioned previously with the sign in, but after using a few other exchanges, I can say this exchange is extremely slow when it comes to withdrawals for the amount they charge you in fees.

2. I deposited some coins using the address I got of my account page, only to be told that it's not supported after the fact (option to deposit the particular coin is not even there now).

3. I made the pattern log in for quick log in and it wont let me use it.I don't have the app I only have the desktop version but I will say it works flawlessly! Great security! Trades go through! They have their own wallet! I usually get a response from them within one business day when I need help.

4. They also support erc20 and cheaper trx transfers/withdrawals with ease (once you KYC) 👍 Things missing are market orders and stop loss/take profits once a price is reached and API support for better portfolio tracking.

5. I was exited to get a lot of coins and tokens but I don't think i'll be using thus app until they fix this issue I am having.Well I tried... this exchange has a long way to go.

6. The rating's for the app was a concern, but I'm ok with slow transaction time, but this is just plain stuck and not moving to even start the transactions.

7. It's a good thing I do test transactions when I first start using a new service.

8. I REALLY wanted to buy some OMI but trying to do so on bitforex feels like driving a 3" nail through your templeI have tried using.

9. I will have to look for an alternate exchange to purchase the particular coin I was looking into.App doesn't seem to be stable.

10. Tried changing my password same result stuck with the I'm not a robot pop up.

11. Sign in with password, then text sent to you to verify then email sent to you to verify.
