SyncUP TRACKER Customer Insights

1. I really don't think T-Mobile put much thought into this device and app.'Error starting syncup tracker' displayed when trying to open app.

2. Having issues with my families phone service too.I have never been able to get this device to connect and when I call 611 they stumble around like the product is so new that they themselves have had no training on this product.

3. How do I get that back?Very good, except Tracker will show "offline" every couple weeks.

4. but there is still room for improvement, 😀When I open the app, it forgets I already onboarded a tracker, so it asks me to scan it again.

5. So far it does the job so this might be a little bit picky.I have been having problems with the tracker the whe month of February.

6. Would like the ability to always be notified if the tracker starts moving after a certain time interval.

7. Maybe once a month or two it reports the device as offline or off resulting in wrestling with the non intuitive device button and status light for 5 to 10 minutes to get it back to tracking.

8. When I do, it says tracker already onboarded and gives me the option to take me to my tracker.

9. They did an update a couple weeks ago and now when I try to open the app it flashes the map for a second, tells me, sorry there was an issue opening and try again later.

10. Say if the tracker is stationary for 1-24 hours and then it moves you get notified.

11. I am still getting notification the the tracker has left and returned home etc.
