In all cases though it did actually charge the vehicle but the app never seemed to acknowledge it.Great tool to have, it gives pretty accurate info on equipment location and if they're working Some of the other apps show locations for several different brands of charging stations and after filtering and sometimes locating them, you'll find that those sites usually have incorrect information.

2. Station screen was blank so I had to use the button to end it by memory.Since the last Android update, about two weeks ago, the app gets stuck on "Processing Payment" and won't let you start the charging and gives you an error after a minute or two.

3. Also would be amazing if their NFC's readers actually worked with the Android phone app.could not configure my home station, I kept getting an error message that something unexpected occurred.

4. And why is the charging cable so low on the kiosk, I had a hell f a time getting the stiff heavy cable back into the stations holder.

6. Another issue with this latest app update is that the biometrics reader not working at all to log back again into your account, you manually have to input your passwordFlags stations that don't work as available.

7. The only way to start the charging (besides calling customer care service) is using the NFC, but most of the NFC readers at the chargers are not working.

9. Only one changing outlet can be used at any give time but each station has two charging outlets.

1. Fix Electrify America Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Electrify America: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Electrify America App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Electrify America" » Open Electrify America » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Electrify America » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Electrify America app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Electrify America servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Electrify America" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Electrify America app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Electrify America might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Electrify America. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Electrify America then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Electrify America not working

2. Fix Electrify America Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Electrify America be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Electrify America not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Electrify America may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
