Why should I report an Issue with UTA GoRide?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Tap stations on the bus and at the station are equipped for this app, so UTA is without excuse for omitting these ticket options.What's the point of this app if you can't even buy tickets on it? So you can trick people into thinking that they can buy a ticket when on the trax but then here comes a transit cop looking to hand out tickets... Oh no! I don't have a ticket!!! Another score for UTA.

It's more annoying that the brightness is auto full strength, it's the worst to get on the bus at night and just blast the drivers in the face with super bright white light from the ticket screen.The features of this app do not represent what is advertised in the Play Store or on the UTA website.

3. Whatever happened to having friendly bus drivers?Weak app! The only thing this app is good for is purchasing a ticket BUT not all ticket types are even available (Frontrunner round-trip or all day, for example).

4. If you're gonna kill the app in favor of a new one, at least redirect users to the app you want them to use!App does the bare minimum that it should as a ticket management system for public transportation.

5. The one thing that would make it 5 stars is an easier way to track the location of a train and easier schedule viewThere is no option for round trip Trax only, nor for one way bus only, nor for round trip Frontrunner.

6. While also advertised, the FrontRunner fee reduction from a Trax or bus transfer has never functioned for me, resulting in overcharging.This app sucks, especially if you're near a hospital where internet connection can be blocked.

7. These are ticket options that exist if you buy them on the bus or at the station kiosk.

8. I haven't had any issues buying tickets for the Frontrunner or Trax.

9. It works as long as you don't loose access to your account because they will not help you get back in even though there's absolutely ways for them to help with password resets in a secure way.

10. The app doesn't let you buy tickets anymore, saying to instead "download the transit app" to use starting March 1st.

1. Fix UTA GoRide Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart UTA GoRide: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the UTA GoRide App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UTA GoRide" » Open UTA GoRide » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UTA GoRide » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear UTA GoRide app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UTA GoRide servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UTA GoRide" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check UTA GoRide app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UTA GoRide might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall UTA GoRide. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UTA GoRide then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UTA GoRide not working

2. Fix UTA GoRide Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UTA GoRide be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UTA GoRide not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UTA GoRide may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
