1. Other than that, looks pretty good.Petal Maps is my favourite go-to navigation app on my phone and tab, because of its sleek user interface that's easy to navigate.

2. Still waiting on the following improvements (thus 4 stars vs 5 for now): 1) Option to display NON-military time (so am/pm), 2) option for a U.S. Speed Limit icon (vs European red circle ⭕) and 3) user-adjustable simulation mode.

I am not sure why that is but it is almost like the connection gets choked at a checkpoint somwhere and since their cloud servers are located in China, I think I will wait before signing up for their cloud services, for now .Very great map, I enjoy the fact that it shows the bar on the side that gives you an overview of the route your on.

5. At first I see that maps doesn't show speed limit all the time what is a big minus.

7. The other feature I noticed while using this app is when I want to use any function that goes through their cloud server, I have to wait about 45 seconds before getting connected.

1. Fix Petal Maps Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Petal Maps: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Petal Maps App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Petal Maps" » Open Petal Maps – GPS & Navigation » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Petal Maps » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Petal Maps – GPS & Navigation app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Petal Maps servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Petal Maps – GPS & Navigation" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Petal Maps app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Petal Maps might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Petal Maps. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Petal Maps then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Petal Maps not working

2. Fix Petal Maps Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Petal Maps be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Petal Maps not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Petal Maps may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
