1. The "forgot password" link does nothing and half the time the "log in" button doesn't appear to work (no message), BUT it is counting toward failed attempts.
2. If this isn't fixed, then I won't be able to continue with this company if I can't see scheduled cleanings to know if I have a conflict or if my roommate wants to add her room.There needs to be a Home option to return user back the screen that's displayed when you first login.
3. There is no button for " forgot username" ?? I've tried to click on " forgot password" a dozen times but it does nothing.
4. "Forgot Password" button doesn't do anything, so I guess good luck if you forgot your login.
5. Other than that, the app is basic but does what it needs to do and is convenient to have.The app works well except for the fact that I'm currently locked out of the app after I got a new phone.

7. Options are verified turned on, notifications are on in the system and I tried disabling and re-enabling the options, tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing works.
8. I had to close the app altogether and reopen before I could get back to the initial screen.Great app to see your upcoming cleanings and make additional requests; however, you can't see if your payment went through or a record of payments.
9. I reinstalled the app - no improvement.App worked fine on my old phone with regards to notifications the night before, cleaners on the way, and when completed.
10. The link for the news letter and the link for the cleaning tips do not work.
11. As others have shared, notifications DO NOT WORK on my Galaxy S22 Ultra; I've uninstalled/reinstalled, ensured notifications are on/ nothing blocked, etc.
I signed up yesterday, June 18, 2021. I have since discussed with my husband and we have determined that this cleaning service is above our budget. I received superb customer service from Esmeralda Compean. Please respond to let me know that I am released from this contract. It has been less than 24 non-business hours since I signed up.
